Os oes gennych chi anhawster dysgu neu anabledd cofrestredig, dylech chi gynnwys yr wybodaeth hon \u2013 yn ogystal \u00e2 thystiolaeth ategol - fel rhan o\u2019ch cais i Gyllid Myfyrwyr Cymru neu Gyllid Myfyrwyr Lloegr am gyllid a chymorth.<\/p>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n

Ar gyfer y rhan fwyaf o ddysgwyr Addysg Uwch, ariennir cymorth \u00e2 diagnosis trwy Gymorth Myfyrwyr a chaiff ei gyflenwi gan weithwyr proffesiynol allanol.<\/p>\n

Os oes angen cymorth arnoch chi, siaradwch \u00e2\u2019ch tiwtor, cysylltwch \u00e2\u2019ch Cydlynydd Anghenion Dysgu Ychwanegol, neu cysylltwch \u00e2 th\u00eem Cymorth CG.<\/p>\n

    Cewch diwtorialau rheolaidd a bydd eich tiwtor yn monitor eich cynnydd yn agos ac yn eich cefnogi drwy eich astudiaethau yn y coleg.<\/p>\n
