Learners fromÌýacrossÌýColegÌýGwentÌýwereÌýrecognised for their achievements at this year’s Learner Awards Ceremony.Ìý
On Thursday 18 June,Ìýwe welcomedÌýlearners, staff,ÌýfamiliesÌýand invited guestsÌýtoÌýICCÌýWalesÌýto celebrate the success, resilience and dedicationÌýdemonstratedÌýacrossÌýtheÌýcollegeÌýcommunity.Ìý
The awards recognisedÌýindividualsÌýwhoÌýdemonstratedÌýoutstanding commitment to their studies, overcame challenges, achieved personalÌýgoalsÌýand made a positive contribution to college life.Ìý
Nominated by staff, learners were celebrated for a wide range of achievements both inside and outside the classroom. The awards reflected the diverse experiences,ÌýtalentsÌýand successes of individuals from across the 91Ïã½¶ÊÓÆµ community.Ìý
There were 352 nominations this year, showcasingÌýthe breadth of talent acrossÌýallÌýcampuses. Following careful consideration,Ìý 118 individuals were selected to receive Learner Achievement Awards across the college’s three faculties.Ìý

Sanaa Rstam,Ìý Brody Brooks and Sky Buckwell received the Assistant Principal Award in recognition of the progress made during their studies. Lauren Cahalane was presented with the Chair’s Award for overcoming adversity, while Inshal Raza received the Principal’s Award for outstanding performance.Ìý
